Not every Toyota dealer has the ability to look up parts for a HiAce on their computer. There are many Toyota Dealers throughout Canada who also import Toyotas from Japan that were never sold as new vehicles here in Canada.

Every Hiace we sell comes with TOYOTA EPC CATLOG ON DVD. It Includes (Part numbers, Tools, Engine, Fuel, Power Train, Chassis, Body, Electrical) for the HiAce.

You can find part numbers with ease, use the search feature to find part numbers, also includes full graphics so you can see how it's all put together

INSTRUCTIONS ARE ON THE DVD TO INSTALL THE EPC

You can look up part numbers yourself and order them, take the DVD to your favorite local mechanic for servicing or let your local Toyota dealer use it to work on your HiAce.

It may seem strange however there are Toyota dealers out there who refuse to order parts for you if you tell them that they are for a HiAce yet if you call back that same dealer and give them a part number for your HiAce but do not tell them what it is for they will sell it to you. It does not make any sense but this is what happens sometimes. Many HiAce parts are the same as used on other Toyotas sold here in Canada so many times the parts are stocked here locally. I have found that when parts have to come directly from Japan the wait is about a week unless you pay for overnight courier charges.
